Federica Carducci (b.1995) is a photographer and visual artist originally from Italy.
She started her practice photographing everyday life, exploring the meaning of friendship and working on her relationship as human with natural space. She uses her camera to discover herself through the world, to dialogue and understand others.
Interested in social and cultural issues, she moved to a personal documentary journey. Her works focus into everyday human experiences and how it is influenced by war, migration and environmental issues with a deep and emotional vision.
Federica was selected by Magnum to participate in Armani/Silos workshop with Alex Majoli and the Free Portfolio Review in Arles. She was also selected for Eddie Adams Workshop XXXVII.
Federica also works as educator and curator in Erasmus+ projects teaching visual storytelling, producing dummies and collective exhibitions.
